A new guide to references and citation has been added to the Pleiades help center. 

This new document, still very much a work in progress, provides examples for contributors and reviewers of how to cite books, articles, and websites in the "references" sections of Pleiades place, name, and location resources (including commonly used abbreviations and short titles).
