Users of the library’s ‘Ask a Librarian’ chat, web form, phone, forum and in-person services may experience service delays on the afternoon of Thursday 9th and the morning of Friday 10th of August. A limited number of staff will be available whilst the Ask a Librarian team are working on plans to make library services better for you.
